Painted Butterflies

Students in Prep have been learning about collage. We made these bright butterflies by creating textured papers with paint, sponges and forks. Students experimented with blending colours and making patterns in their papers. Students were then given some stencils to trace for the butterfly wings and body. We finished up by decorating our work with glitter glue and shiny bits and pieces.
