Van Gogh's Starry Night

As part of their unit on famous artists, students in grades 3 and 4 studied the work of Vincent Van Gogh. We looked at an interactive animation of Van Gogh's most famous painting, 'Starry Night'. Students were intrigued and delighted to learn about Van Gogh and his unique style of painting. Students created these wonderful starry night landscapes, blending colours and creating a sense of movement with their brushstrokes. A fantastic effort!
